JMU Director of Athletics Jeff Bourne announced six additional non-conference opponents through the 2025 season Friday. This includes multiple FBS matchups with Power-5 schools and FCS games. 

JMU will travel to Louisville, Kentucky, to face the Louisville Cardinals on Nov. 5, 2022. This will be the first meeting between the two programs in history. The Dukes will also face North Carolina on Sept. 21, 2024. JMU is set to travel to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for the upcoming season as well. 

The Dukes will host Morehead State twice: The first meeting on Sept. 4, 2021 and the second on Sept. 9, 2023. JMU also added Campbell to its non-conference slate, with the teams meeting for the first time on Nov. 6, 2021. To finish the additions to the Dukes’ schedule, in-state foe Norfolk State will come to Harrisonburg on Sept. 10, 2022.
